Hey there, I’m Benjie.

I’m a Christian husband, dad, and minister who’s trying to organize my life around a simple pursuit of Jesus. When I’m not here you can find me spending time with my family, doing Crossfit, watching and reading Marvel comics related materials, or, most likely, drinking coffee.

I serve in a campus ministry context in Memphis, Tennessee. I have been fortunate to write for Life Bible Study, the Text in Church Blog, and the Baptist and Reflector. While I primarily write about my personal spiritual pursuit in this space, I have also written and taught on millennials, young adults, and ministry to “nones.”
